Les Vins de Bordeaux have launched a charity operation in which L.O Wine has decided to participate.
This operation take place on the initial dates of “Bordeaux Fête le Vin”.
The men and women of “Vins de Bordeaux”: winegrowers, merchants, cooperative cellars, brokers and wine tourism professionals are invited from April 15 to May 29, 2020 to make a donation of their choice.
These donations will be listed in a catalogue that will be made available to the general public on June 5th. All donations collected at the beginning of July will go directly to the CHU – Hospitals of Bordeaux and Centre Hospitalier de Libourne to buy equipment and improve the working conditions of the staff of the hospitals in the Gironde that have been impacted by Covid 19.
The L.O Wine team wanted to take part in this operation, in order to thank all the people who are confronted every day with Covid-19 , doctors, nursing staff, nurses… Thanks to them, we are heading towards a better world.
We are donating two gift vouchers for the auction. In addition, for each gift voucher purchased (until the end of May), 5€ will be donated to this operation to support the Bordeaux University Hospital and thus help improve the working conditions of the nursing staff.
