After this enriching experience, he decided to settle in <b>Bordeaux<\/b>, where he joined the prestigious <b>Cadiot-Badie house<\/b> as Head Chocolatier.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">In <b>2018<\/b>, the artisan\u2019s career took a decisive turn when he opened his <b>first boutique<\/b> in the heart of Bordeaux. Very quickly, a loyal neighborhood clientele formed, and word of mouth did the rest. These feature a Piedmont hazelnut praline and Valencia almond praline, with a whole hazelnut at the center, all hand-coated in milk or dark chocolate with pieces of toasted almonds.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The traditional <b>chocolate-covered marshmallow bear<\/b> has also played a key role in the brand\u2019s success.
