The CréaWine® blending workshop. Each participant steps into the role of head winemaker: blending their own grape varieties, creating their own cuvée, presenting and defending their choices in front of the group, and leaving with their own personalised bottle. Awarded at the Concours Lépine, it’s ideal for team building events, seminars and client entertainment. This isn’t simply a tasting – it’s an exercise in decision-making, taste and conviction.
Painting with wine. Participants paint with red wine on a personalised canvas featuring a sketch directly connected to the group: the company’s offices, the event venue or a place that holds special meaning. The session begins with a tasting of four wines, which then inspire the creative process. Everyone leaves with their own artwork. Original, convivial and perfect for creating memorable photos.
Caviar, Grands Crus Classés & Champagne. A premium experience designed for your most discerning clients and partners. Three caviars, including Aquitaine IGP caviar, are paired with Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés and Champagne, with the experience hosted by Laetitia – holder of a Champagne Education Level 4 diploma. The Gironde estuary is home to both prestigious GCC vineyards and sturgeon, making this a workshop that brings the flavours of the region together in one experience.
Wine reveals the cocktail. At the crossroads of wine tasting and professional mixology, this unexpected format teaches participants how to create cocktails using wine as the base ingredient. Playful, creative and unlike anything they’ve tried before. Everyone leaves with the techniques they need to recreate their own cocktails at home.
