Wine isn’t something you simply explain, it’s something you experience. That’s what I try to convey through every private tasting, workshop and event I host. It’s also what gradually led me to share my passion through the media – first on radio, then on television.

From private tastings to the media: the same thread
When I host a private wine tasting in Bordeaux, my goal is always the same: for people to leave with something real. An emotion, a discovery, a different way of looking at wine. That’s exactly what I try to do through the media too.
I regularly contribute to France Bleu Gironde, Sud Radio and France 3 Aquitaine, talking about oenology, wine tourism and food and wine pairings. I’ve also just announced the return of Dico dit Vin on France Télévisions – a short, educational and accessible format featured in Côté Château, presented by Jean-Pierre Stahl.
These media formats are a direct extension of what I do every day with my clients: making wine accessible, without losing what makes it special.
Why use media to talk about wine?
Because wine still intimidates a lot of people. The jargon, the codes, the fear of saying something wrong in front of someone more knowledgeable – all of that creates a distance I try to remove in my work.
Television and radio can reach people who might never think of coming to a tasting. And sometimes, that’s where it starts, a radio segment heard on the way to work, a short clip on a phone, and suddenly wine feels a little less mysterious and much more approachable.
That’s the spirit behind CréaWine®, recognised at the Concours Lépine: breaking down the usual codes around wine. You don’t need to be an expert to create your own blend, or know every grape variety to discover the style of wine you enjoy.
What it changes for my clients
When a client contacts me for a private wine tasting in Bordeaux or a corporate wine team-building event, they often picture a serious, technical world reserved for connoisseurs. My role, in the media as in my workshops, is to show them that wine doesn’t have to feel that way.
Wine can bring people together: around an unforgettable hen party, a private tasting or a team-building session that genuinely creates connections. That’s what I create in Bordeaux and across France.

Expertise in the service of enjoyment
As a certified oenologist, winemaker at Château Vieux Mougnac and member of the Revue des Vins de France tasting panel, I’ve built my expertise with one goal in mind: making wine a source of pleasure, never intimidation.
Whether I’m in a newsroom, on a television set or around a table at a private tasting in Bordeaux, the message is always the same: Drink Different.
