Laetitia Ouspointour stands out for her versatility in the wine sector. She has worn many hats that make her an exceptional instructor. As a winemaker, she co-managed Château Vieux Mougnac for several years, upholding family values centered on environmentally respectful wine production.
She is also a tasting expert. Holding the University Diploma in Tasting Aptitude (DUAD), Laetitia honed her sensory analysis skills through international sommelier experiences and earned her WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) diploma. Her rigorous and passionate approach enables participants to develop a deep understanding of wine aromas and textures.
Additionally, Laetitia excels in event planning and wine tourism. Through her company, Lo Wine, she has become a major player in organizing oenotourism events. L.O Wine hosts original wine workshops, educational tastings, and thematic meetups that combine sensory experiences with innovation.
She is also a talented inventor. She created Créawine, an innovative product that helps people discover their wine style. Awarded at the Concours Lépine, Créawine uses an interactive approach to identify individual taste preferences, making wine selection easier.
For several years, Laetitia has passionately and determinedly shared her expertise, training over 4,000 people in the wine sector.
