Je souhaitais fêter mes 60 ans avec mon mari et mes "grands enfants" et leur conjoint respectif dans un endroit sympathique et marquant. J'ai opté pour une matinée œnologique et éducative sur les vins de Bordeaux (origine, les terres, les cépages,...) chez LOWINE, avec visite des chais et explications. Nous sommes repartis avec une petite bouteille de vin que nous avons créée sur place suite à la "formation" de la talentueuse et dynamique Laetitia! Mes enfants et moi-même étions ravis! Un grand merci.

What a great day and fabulous workshop! We rode from Saint Emilion to Laetitia's family vineyard where we had arranged to have a picnic before our workshop. Our group was faster than we anticipated and arrived early. Laetitia is the ultimate host and adapted quickly allowing us to start our tour doing a visit of the grounds of the chateau filling the time up before our picnic lunch began. We had invited Laetitia to join the group for lunch which was a great icebreaker and put everyone at ease. Inside the classroom, we had all the information at hand and Laetitia was an excellent teacher. She has a fun friendly manner and went clearly through all the steps helping us to learn how to taste, learn about the intensity, colour notes, senses etc before going on to blend your own wine. Laetitia also recommended her wine school for a tasting the next night in Bordeaux which was also a great time enjoyed by all the guests. We look forward to working with Lo WInes again for future trips. Thank you!
