What exactly is “La Micro Winerie” ?
La Micro Winerie was born in 2021, driven by a passion for the world of wine and the history of Bordeaux. This urban winery and wine-focused space aims to combine indulgence, relaxation, and conviviality.
The venue also benefits from a prime location at the heart of the Darwin ecosystem, a place where many Bordelais love to stroll on weekend afternoons or after work during the week. Indeed, La Micro Winerie is the ultimate spot to unwind, whether enjoying a glass of wine as a couple, with family, or among friends, offering a pleasant experience alongside the founders of the winery.
Through its activities, “La Micro Winerie” seeks to demystify the world of wine, making it more accessible to all, and to merge the place of consumption with the place of production. To achieve this, the winery goes further by offering workshops to visitors throughout the year. Its two flagship workshops are the blending workshop and the wine tasting initiation workshop.
“La Micro Winerie” is a convivial space dedicated to wine, producing eco-responsible wines.
The company’s managers uphold strong environmental and ethical values. The wines selected for winemaking are sourced from organic agriculture, and “La Micro Winerie” works exclusively with local vintners who practice responsible farming. The winemakers maintain close ties with the company and occasionally visit the site to engage directly with visitors, sharing insights about their work.
Similarly, the winemaking process is designed to be as simple and natural as possible, both for the quality of the wine and for environmental reasons.
It is precisely because of its original concept and strong values, which resonate with us, that we wanted to learn more about their activity. Even more so as we share a common passion: the world of wine. We are therefore confident that this exchange will be extremely enriching.
