Wine team building can mean a lot of things. A winery visit, a passive tasting with someone talking at the front, a grape variety quiz. That’s not what I do. What I host is something more engaging, more memorable, and frankly more effective at building real team cohesion: a workshop where every participant creates their own wine.

Why wine as a corporate activity?
Because wine creates something few team activities manage to create: a moment where people are genuinely present. Executive committees, sales forces, leadership teams – the most demanding groups are often the ones who get the most out of it. Not because they love wine more than anyone else. Because around the glass, the postures drop. You taste, you’re wrong, you discuss. And that’s where the real dynamics emerge.
A wine experience breaks the usual codes of the corporate seminar: no PowerPoint, no meeting room, no fixed hierarchy. Just a group of professionals around a table, glass in hand, discovering something together. That’s often when the most honest conversations happen.
The CréaWine® blending workshop: our flagship experience
This is the activity I propose most often for corporate groups, and the most consistently well-received. The concept is simple: each participant plays the role of head winemaker. They work with several grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and create their own blend by adjusting the proportions.
It’s not just a tasting exercise. It’s an exercise in decision-making, taste, and conviction. Everyone defends their blend in front of the group, explains their choices, and tastes the others’. The debates are often lively, and always revealing.
This workshop won the Concours Lépine, France’s most prestigious innovation competition. It’s not a gimmick: it’s a rigorous experience, designed so that every participant leaves having genuinely learned something about wine, and about themselves.

What kind of companies and events is this for?
I work with a wide range of clients, which is what makes every session unique:
Corporate seminars. After an intense day of meetings, a wine experience completely changes the atmosphere. Participants unwind, reconnect, and come back the following day with a different energy.
Client and partner entertainment. Hosting clients or partners around a wine workshop is an elegant, memorable way to build connection. I work with Rothschild Private Bank, Artemis, and I’m part of the Châteauform programme, a leading chain of dedicated team building venues across Europe.
End-of-year celebrations. A genuinely interactive alternative to the traditional Christmas dinner.
Travel and incentive groups. For guests looking to discover Bordeaux authentically, beyond the standard château visit.
Professional training and masterclasses. For teams working in hospitality, fine dining or wine trade who need structured training around tasting and blending techniques.
How does it work in practice?
As always at L.O Wine, it starts with a conversation. You tell me about your team, the context, the kind of atmosphere you want to create. From there, I build a format that fits.
Duration. From 90 minutes for a light aperitif activity, to a half-day for a full programme including tasting, blending workshop and food pairing.
Location. I come to your offices, a private venue in Bordeaux, or our family estate Château Vieux Mougnac. I also travel to Paris and other major French cities, with trusted partners on the ground when needed.
Group size. From 8 to 50 participants depending on the format. For larger groups, I adapt the structure to ensure everyone is fully involved.

Why choose L.O Wine for your corporate event?
I’m not an event agency that outsources to a wine supplier. I host every session myself. I select every bottle myself. I build every format from scratch. You have in front of you a certified oenologist, a winemaker, and a member of the Revue des Vins de France tasting panel, not a host reading from a script.
That changes everything about the quality of the conversation, the depth of the experience, and the credibility it carries for your teams and your clients.
